Jackaboos approached us to rebrand and to help build their digital presence and social media engagement. The owner of Jackaboos had a vision and we helped create and visualised their vision and communicated the brand effectively.

The business is a children’s soft play centre located in the heritage town of Farsley, Leeds. The brand before we redesigned it, was not consistent, clear and not user-friendly. The old website did not enhance the customer’s journey and experience and the owner knew that.

We spent time with Jackaboos’ staff and customers to develop a digital marketing strategy for a stronger online presence. In addition to redesigning the website, the client asked if we would redesign the brand throughout and assist with implementing various marketing strategies.

Brief

  • To redesign the website and the brand identity but must remain with the existing logo
  • To implement a social media strategy and create monthly content
  • To help grow our partnerships with local primary schools and businesses
  • To be able to use email marketing for customer retention & campaigns

Strategy

We listened to the Client’s brief and expectations to how they visualise their brand. Allowing the client to thoroughly explain their thoughts and ideas, we were able to collectively collate as much keywords and phrases to help develop the brand further.

Conducting research and a SWOT analysis, we able to interpret the Client’s vision through our creativity, innovation, supportiveness and respond with effective designs and strategies.

We developed a proposal, for the brand’s main focal point for Jackaboos to use something physical that reminds customers as it’s brand. For instances the colourful and playful ball pall. Jackaboos has a lot of key features and concepts to use as it’s brand but not as colourful as a ball pall and the main response we collated from customers was people associate soft play centres with ball palls.

Results

After one month of the new Jackaboos website being live, the intake of party bookings and enquiries grew a massive 40%. We helped the Client with effective marketing and business development strategies that have increased their customer engagement and built stronger relationships with their stakeholders.
